Once a year, the Neo-Shamanic Society comes together in person for a powerful, immersive experience that goes far beyond what can be accessed online.

This is not a traditional retreat. It is a living, breathing field of transformation where the work becomes real — embodied, integrated, and deeply felt. Through seven days of guided processes, live facilitation training, somatic integration, and shared ceremony, students step out of theory and into direct experience.

You will be held inside a high-integrity container designed for deep shadow work, nervous system expansion, and Oversoul embodiment — alongside a community walking the same path.

Set within the private jungle sanctuary of Amaité in Tulum, this immersion offers the space, depth, and support for profound personal and collective breakthroughs.

For those called deeper, an optional Root Initiation follows — a multi-day journey into grounding, ancestral healing, and the deeper energetic foundations of embodiment. You will be invited to apply for the Rot Initiation via email only after securing your spot on the Live Immersion.

Surrounded by lush tropical nature, the space offers a secluded and immersive environment where you can step away from the noise of daily life and fully drop into the experience. Every element of the retreat — from the geodesic dome accommodations to the ceremonial shalas, private cenote, and temazcal — has been intentionally designed to support a holistic and deeply transformative journey. 

Amaite blends the raw beauty of the jungle with thoughtful comforts, creating a setting that is both grounding and expansive. With open-air gathering spaces, nourishing meals, and a natural rhythm guided by the land itself, it becomes more than just a venue — it becomes part of the work.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and while every effort will be made to accommodate your needs, our cancellation policy is designed to honour the commitment and planning that goes into curating these sacred experiences.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, without exception. Your deposit secures your space and initiates the preparation of your journey. It cannot be applied to future retreats or transferred to another individual.

Cancellation Policy

• The deposit paid at checkout is strictly non-refundable.

• If you cancel your participation 31 days or earlier from DAY 01, no further payments are required. Your deposit will be forfeited.

• If you cancel your participation on or after 30 days from DAY 01, you are responsible for paying your balance in full, regardless of your ability to attend.

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these cancellation terms.

We are not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for your journey, including but not limited to airfare, loss of work, visas, vaccinations, or other associated travel costs.

Travel Insurance Strongly Recommended

We strongly encourage you to protect your investment by purchasing travel cancellation insurance. This type of coverage may reimburse you for eligible losses should you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, personal emergency, or global events.

During the Live Immersion, you will be staying in shared accommodation within Amaite’s beautiful geodomes, immersed in the natural surroundings of the land.

Rooms are shared, and you will be thoughtfully paired with fellow students. All rooming arrangements are made with care and consideration, supporting both comfort and the deeper energetic harmony of the group.

You will receive your specific rooming details closer to your travel dates.
