We understand that life can be unpredictable, and while every effort will be made to accommodate your needs, our cancellation policy is designed to honour the commitment and planning that goes into curating these sacred experiences.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, without exception. Your deposit secures your space and initiates the preparation of your journey. It cannot be applied to future retreats or transferred to another individual.

Cancellations

• If you cancel before August 01, 2025, New Zealand Standard Time:
  You will not be required to pay the remaining balance. Your deposit will be forfeited.
   
• If you cancel on or after August 01, 202,5 New Zealand Standard Time:
  You are responsible for paying your balance in full, regardless of your ability to attend.
   

Please note that registrations are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, your spot cannot be given or sold to another person.

Final Payment Due
